It fully absorbs international advanced machine tool design concepts according to processing needs. The key components, including the bed body, columns, crossbeams, sliding saddles, sliding pillows, workbenches, etc., are all made of high-strength resin sand molding and high-quality cast iron, which can withstand heavy cutting and maintain accuracy for a long time, with high stability. The thermal symmetric spindle box is equipped with high-precision angular contact bearings installed at the head and tail of the spindle, effectively ensuring rigidity and accuracy. Adopting a spindle with increased diameter and thickness to further enhance rigidity. The spindle is driven by a high-power motor with high horsepower and torque, which can achieve high-precision heavy cutting even at low speeds. The feed system uses ball screws with increased diameter and pre stretched to increase the rigidity of the screw and effectively prevent thermal deformation of the screw. The combination of spiral and chain automatic chip removal structures ensures smooth chip removal. The X/Y axis adopts imported heavy-duty linear guide rails, and the Z axis adopts rectangular hardened plastic coated guide rails, with low wear and high load, ensuring the long-term accuracy of the machine tool and greatly improving the accuracy and rigidity during cutting. The distance between the spindle center and the Z-axis guide surface is short, greatly reducing the flipping torque and improving rigidity. The spindle adopts modular design, with multiple functional modules for customers to choose from, suitable for various types of processing. The X/Y/Z axis uses C3 imported ball screws, with fixed supports at both ends. It adopts a non backlash torque increasing synchronous belt transmission, with high output torque, fast movement speed, and good processing performance; Pre stretched structure, supported by high-precision large contact angle precision bearings, with extremely high movement accuracy and excellent thermal stability.
