The D-V966 vertical machining center is one of the products developed by our company with independent intellectual property rights. By introducing advanced design concepts and scientific design methods, the shortcomings that traditional design cannot avoid have been solved. ※ Overall layout of the machine tool: The bed, worktable, slide, column, spindle box and other large components are all made of high-strength cast iron material, with a resin sand process and two aging treatments to eliminate stress. ※ Dragging system: The three-axis guide rail adopts imported rolling linear guide rail, which has low dynamic and static friction, high sensitivity, low high-speed vibration, no crawling at low speeds, high positioning accuracy, excellent servo drive performance, and improves the accuracy and stability of the machine tool. ※ Spindle assembly: The spindle assembly adopts Taiwan Weilong spindle, which has high precision and high rigidity. The bearings are P4 grade spindle specific bearings. ※ Tool magazine: It adopts a disc type mechanical arm tool magazine, installed on the side of the column. When changing tools, the tool disc is driven and positioned by a roller cam mechanism. After the spindle reaches the tool changing position, the mechanical arm tool changing device (ATC) completes the tool return and feeding. ATC is a rolling cam mechanism, which can operate at high speed without noise after preloading, making the tool changing process fast and accurate. Machine tool protection: The machine tool adopts a protective design that meets safety standards, which not only prevents coolant splashing, but also ensures safe operation and pleasant appearance. Each guide rail of the machine tool is equipped with a protective cover to prevent chips and coolant from entering the interior of the machine tool, and to protect the guide rail and ball screw from wear and corrosion.
